By using the Trine website, app, or Trine through an AI assistant, you agree to these terms.

What Trine is — and is not

Trine provides astrological readings and scheduling suggestions computed from your chart and calendar. It is offered for reflective and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it must not be used to make health decisions — Trine deliberately excludes medical and health-related elections. Decisions you make remain yours.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to use the Trine app, and at least 18 to connect Trine to an AI assistant. You may delete your account at any time in the app, on your Trine account page, or by emailing us.

Trine in AI assistants

You can connect Trine to a third-party AI assistant, such as Meta's Muse. When you do:

• Who does what. Trine supplies calculations and interpretive material. The assistant decides what to say with them. The assistant's wording, summaries and advice are its own and may be incomplete or wrong; if an answer matters, check it against Trine's figures.
• The assistant is not ours. It is operated by another company under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of it and to anything it receives from Trine. We are not responsible for the assistant, its availability, or what it does with what it has been told.
• You are in charge of the connection. You choose which permissions to grant and can revoke them at any time. Actions the assistant takes through Trine with your permissions are treated as your actions.
• Other people's details. Only save someone's birth details with their agreement. A saved person is information you gave us, not a verified identity.
• Fair use. The connector is for personal use through an assistant. No bulk or automated querying, reselling, or building a competing dataset from its responses. We may apply rate limits.
• Availability. Connectors depend on the assistant's platform. We may change, limit or withdraw one, including if the platform changes its rules.

Subscriptions

In the app. Trine+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before purchase. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Some features can also be bought one at a time (for example a single Elect search or a compatible-birthdays report) as a one-off App Store purchase that does not renew. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Through an AI assistant. Trine connector purchases are sold by FA Applications LLC and processed by Stripe, separately from App Store subscriptions and your assistant's fees. Stripe checkout is available to connector private-beta participants through their Trine account page. Assistant directory availability depends on platform approval. You review the offer below and in checkout before authorizing payment.

• Free: all implemented reading capabilities, two saved connections besides yourself, and four successful timing casts once per account.
• More Connections: $4.99 USD once adds three reusable saved-connection slots.
• More Timing: $9.99 USD once adds five successful timing casts.
• Trine Plus: $9 USD per month, automatically renewing on your billing date until canceled, includes ten base saved-connection slots and ten timing casts per paid billing month. Purchased connection slots are additional to your plan's base allowance.

Monthly casts are used before starter and purchased casts and do not roll over. Purchased casts and slots have no scheduled expiry while your account and the service remain available. Reading depth, saved-result reopening and follow-up explanations are included. Failed searches, searches with no matching windows, and identical retries do not use another cast. A new timing search with different constraints uses a new cast.

Manage or cancel Plus through the billing controls on your Trine account page. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Purchased capacity remains; saved profiles and results are not deleted if you exceed your reduced connection allowance. You must free a slot or add capacity before saving another person. Disconnecting an assistant does not cancel Plus.

Deleting your Trine connector account cancels recurring billing immediately and removes its private data and remaining capacity. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies. For purchase problems or refund requests, contact support@gettrine.com. Refunds and payment disputes may remove the corresponding purchased capacity; a partial refund reduces it proportionally, rounded down to whole slots or casts. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering except where the law permits, or use of another person's birth data without their consent.

Intellectual property

Trine, its design, and its content are owned by FA Applications LLC. You keep your data; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you, including sending the results you ask for to an assistant you have connected.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Astronomical computations are made in good faith but are not guaranteed error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FA Applications LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
