By using the Trine website or app, you agree to these terms.

What Trine is — and is not

Trine provides astrological readings and scheduling suggestions computed from your chart and calendar. It is offered for reflective and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it must not be used to make health decisions — Trine deliberately excludes medical and health-related elections. Decisions you make remain yours.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Trine. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us.

Subscriptions

Trine+ and Practitioner are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store at the price shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering except where the law permits, or use of another person's birth data without their consent.

Intellectual property

Trine, its design, and its content are owned by FA Technologies. You keep your data; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Astronomical computations are made in good faith but are not guaranteed error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FA Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
